Homemade falafels, pickled vegetables, toasted flat bread, tahini sauce

 Baked marinated aubergine, oregano, chilli cucumber and poppy seed salad

Mains

 Chilli white bean and vegetable casserole, crusty bread

Asparagus, red onion, pea and mint puree tartlet, sweet potato gratin

 Baked wellington with homemade seitan, portobello mushrooms, squash,

spinach, peppers, cashew and pecan nuts, rosemary roast potatoes, onion gravy  (allow 25minutes)

 Desserts

Winter berry crumble, ice cream

 Bramley apple, cinnamon and pear tart

Smoked German style, red leister, cheddar, biscuits and chutney
