Duck and chicken liver parfait, crusty bread, pickled walnut, tomato chutney

 

Mains

Baked cod loin with an herb crust, mussels, new potatoes, carrots, cider cream sauce

Leg of lamb steak marinated in herbs and garlic, tomatoes, courgette, red peppers, beans and sweet potatoes

Roasted red peppers with giant couscous topped with grilled halloumi

Roast beef or crispy belly of pork with all the trimmings (Sunday lunch only)
