Asparagus on toast topped with a poached hen egg

Duck leg confit, puy lentils, onion jus

Deep-fried scampi, mushy peas and chips, tartare sauce

Halloumi, little gem, roast cherry tomatoes, grilled peppers

Roast beef or crispy belly of pork with all the trimmings (Sunday lunch only)
