Avocado and bacon mixed leaf salad, balsamic vinegar, olive oil dressing

Chicken liver and foie gras pate, crusty bread, gherkins

Mains

Vegetable tagine, preserved lemons, saffron rice

Confit of duck leg, roast garlic, mash potato, onion jus

 Red mullet, salmon, and basa with fennel, tomato, chorizo, new potatoes
