Grilled halloumi tower, aubergine, mushroom, mixed peppers, tomato, sweet potato, basil pesto

 Panko breaded escalope of pork with parma ham, gruyere cheese, french beans, pomme Lyonnaise

Roast beef or crispy belly of pork with all the trimmings (Sunday lunch only)
