Linguini with crayfish, mussels, garlic and tarragon

Warm chickpea and butterbean with sage and sauté halloumi, olive oil drizzle

Mains

Chicken breast marinated in mint, parsley and coriander with sweet potato and sage gratin

Red mullet, anchovies and black olive parcel with crushed new potato, heritage tomatoes

Roast aubergine with saffron yoghurt, pine nuts, Basil and pomegranate seeds

Roast beef or crispy belly of pork with all the trimmings (Sunday lunch only)
