Ragout of mushrooms, puff pastry, garlic cream sauce

Smoked cod on a bed of spinach topped with a poached egg, parsley sauce

Mains

Lamb and apricot tagine, preserved lemons, coriander rice

Cataline stew, (sea bass, red mullet, basa, fennel, chorizo)

Red thai vegetable curry, bok choy, basmati rice

Roast beef or crispy belly of pork with all the trimmings (Sunday lunch only)

Lemon posset, jane’s biscuits

 Camembert, mature cheddar, stilton, with cumin chutney, water biscuits
