Cauliflower soup, truffle oil

 Steamed mussels in white wine, garlic and cream sauce

Beetroot carpaccio, feta cheese, rocket salad, lemon dressing

Mains

 Fillet of seabass steamed, linguini of vegetables, soy sauce

Red Thai vegetable curry with bok choy, coconut milk and noodles

Sauté of chicken breast, shallot, garlic and tarragon cream sauce, basmati rice

Roast beef or crispy belly of pork with all the trimmings (Sunday lunch only)

Desserts

Fresh fruits and jelly

Bread and butter pudding with custard

Camembert, mature cheddar, stilton, with cumin chutney and water biscuits
