Smoked haddock on a bed of spinach topped with a poached egg, hollandaise sauce

Mains

Pan-fried fillet of sea bass crushed new potatoes. mushy peas with mint, tartare sauce

Sirloin steak, herb baked tomato, dauphinoise potatoes, peppercorn sauce

Cassoulet de Toulouse, duck, gammon, pork, Toulouse sausage with haricot beans, tomato, garlic, breadcrumb crust

Oven baked aubergine with chickpeas, feta cheese, pomegranate, chilli cucumber and poppy seed salad

Desserts

  Bread and butter pudding, custard

Apple and rhubarb crumble, ice cream

Banoffee 109 – ginger sponge, banana, cream and hot toffee sauce

Camembert, mature cheddar, stilton, with cumin chutney and water biscuits
