Starters

Roast red peppers, plum tomato and basil soup

 Spicy duck, mint and coriander mixed leaf salad

Asparagus, pea puree, sauté of wild mushrooms (Vg)

Steamed mussels in white wine, cream, garlic and thyme

 Mains

Pan fried fillet of sea bass, roast vegetables with herbs and garlic aioli

Crispy belly of pork, colcannon, green beans, spice red plum, ginger and rhubarb relish

Baked wellington with homemade seitan, butternut squash, spinach, tomato, cashew and pecan nuts, rosemary roast potatoes and  onion gravy (Vg)

Roast Norfolk turkey, baked ham, pigs in blankets, goose fat roast potatoes, homemade stuffing, carrot and parsnip mash, sprouts and bread sauce

 Desserts

Baked brie with chutney and water biscuits

Christmas pudding with calvados custard

Rum and raisin sponge, toffee ice cream

 Trio of sorbets (lemon, mango and raspberry (Vg)
